For Jenna, 8111 isn’t just a number representing the many reasons HR is vital to a business—it’s where everything began.

As a third-generation entrepreneur, she follows in the footsteps of her father, Chris, and her grandfather, Gene. 8111 Raytown Road was the place where her grandfather first planted roots for both their family and his business.

He operated on the belief that success came from building strong partnerships, providing the highest quality of work, and investing in the betterment of others. He eventually passed that legacy to Jenna's father, who worked tirelessly to honor those principles throughout the company's nearly 65 years of operation.

In remembrance of her grandfather and the valuable lessons she gathered while visiting that address, Jenna strives to uphold the same core values he once taught her.
